Unified Self Defense is a Greenville-based Self-Defense company that provides programs for women and children. We address the realities of violence against women and children in a unique way. Our goal is to educate, train, prepare and empower our clients to recognize, avoid, escape, or as a last resort, combat physical attacks with techniques that are proven, effective and simple to retain. We offer private courses for individuals, but also specialize in small or large group classes for students (elementary through college programs), corporate and special interests groups. Our programs are both customized and affordable.
